Prior to establishing Dialogue, Debra Little managed the Interior Design department of an Australian based architectural firm in Hong Kong for 8 years, covering a diverse range of interior project work. The company handled commercial, retail, and entertainment projects throughout Asia and also established a specialist hospitality interior design division to handle hotel and high-end residential project work in Hong Kong and China. Key projects included:

 ·        Office fitouts for United Airlines, Lufthansa Airlines, and Air Canada at CLK Airport

·          Lounge fitout for the Star Alliance (of 8 individual Airlines) at CLK Airport

·          ‘M on the Bund’ Restaurant in Shanghai, followed by Rollo di Pollo Pizzeria

·         Office fitouts for Hutchison Whampoa, Benneton, Qantas Airlines, McKenna Minter Ellison Solicitors & FNB Asia

·          Office fitouts for Virgin Atlantic Airways and Glory World Centre in Shanghai

·          Concept for the Shanghai Securities Exchange Building public areas in Shanghai

·        International competitions for the Bank of China and the China Minsheng Banking Corporation, PRC

·          BHP Petroleum and P&O Offices in HCMC, Vietnam

·         Design concepts for the Holiday Inn in Harbin, and guest rooms in the Shanghai JC Mandarin, PRC

·         Concept for the 7500 sqm retail refurbishment of the Inter-Continental Plaza in Tsim Sha Tsui
